OK I will admit that I am so bad about not taking time to take care of me.I am grreat at keeping track of Chris' 8 trillion Doctors appointments, when his refills are due or when he needs a change in meds. I can keep up with my 8 year old daughters play rehersals, art contests, homework, doctors appts. medications, refills and when she needs a change in her meds. I manage my Sons soccer practice,
