Calling all polish experts 90's era

I am drawing a blank on this and need my fellow polish gal's help.Back in the 90's (mid to lateish) There was a collection, I think by Sally hansen but possibly not, of sheer, clear hint of color polishes. They were nearly clear with a touch of purple, pink or whatever.They looked more like a tinted top coat or a UV protectant top coat.Does anyone remember these?Were they SH?What the hell was the

I just realized that I am less than 30 followers away from 300! YAY!
