MILK and Vitamin C

Studying Acute Kidney Failure today or should I say more recently termed, Acute Kidney Injury!

In the past it has been difficult to actually find criteria to define this but now you can either use the RIFLE criteria or AKIN, only time will tell which is best. Curious, all you med-students and doctors: Which do you find best in practice?
